POSTER PROJECT WEBSITE

A redesign of the current website for the Syracuse Poster Project, a non-profit based in Syracuse, NY

Brainstorming and Research

I first familiarized myself with the organization’s current website and pointed out obstacles that a potential user may face. The website lacked clarity in where users could find the donate page as well as a cohesive structure overall. While designing my wireframes, I tried to make it easy and painless for the user to navigate the website. I also added multiple calls to action where users could donate and read more about the organization.

For colors, I chose a more faded green than the original green featured on the Poster Project’s website. I felt that this green, along with a greenish blue and purple, was more soothing on the eyes.
